Housing stats reflect buyers market for East Vancouver

According to www.DreamHomehub.com, the average price of a house in East Vancouver for an active listing between May 1-15, 2013 was $1,079,000.
The average selling price for a house in the area however for the same period was $964,000 – a difference of over $100,000 downward.
The New, Sold, and Expired listings were collected from MLS (Multiple Listing Service) of the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board and the market conditions were determined by a unique formula from DreamHomeHub.com.
