Vancouver beauty wins ITM pageant

Alexia Fast, 17, from Vancouver won the recent River Rock Resort ITM-NSR Model Look North America 2010 Beauty Pageant.
Second place went to Nalani Wakita, 17, from Abbotsford, and Jessica Nicole Han, 15, from Richmond, finished third.
Alexia will represent ITM and North America in China’s largest modeling competition this fall – the New Silk Road Model Look contest. She also received the Nanning Green and Friendship Ambassador Award from the visiting China Nanning Mayor Huang Fangfang. 
Recruitment for ITM 2010 contestants began in March and after the semi-final interviews in May, 20 finalists were chosen. These 20 continued on through almost two months of intensive training from industry professionals, culminating in the Glamour Finale Show at the River Rock Show Theatre.
The Finale Show was broadcast live via webcast on China’s most popular website, www.sina.com.
