Two stores told to stop selling sex aids

Two stores in Richmond and Burnaby have been told to stop selling some Asian sex aids, but Health Canada did not impose penalties on the sellers.
An advisory informing the public it has added three products to its banned list: Yanshiwang, Jin Kong Fu and Chong Cao She Bian Zhuang Yang Dan.
The items have been ordered off the shelves at Male and Female Harmony retail stores in Richmond and Burnaby, B.C., along with the Happy Paradise Adult Store in Burnaby. Health Canada tested the products and found they contain undeclared prescription medication.
Chong Cao She Bian Zhuang Yang Dan is used to treat impotence and contains black-tail snake, ginseng and antler, among a host of other products. The Hong Kong Best International Trade Co. says Yanshiwang is a also remedy for a host of other sex-related complaints.
The company says it aids in the pursuit of quality of life, the aspiration to “complete oneself,” and extends the time of sexual life. Jin Kong Fu is a similar product.
Health Canada said :”We would like to remind Canadians that prescription medication should only be used under the supervision of a health care practitioner
