Sidewalk Runway: Parissa

Parisa’s outfit is amazing on many different levels. First, she paired a sexy spaghetti strap blouse with a classy peplum skirt. The combination makes for a nice overall silhouette. Next, she chose a pastel color palette. Her purse has a hint of pink and her fingernail polish is pastel yellow. Lastly, she thoughtfully coordinated a number of small details. The aqua color can be found in her blouse, earrings, necklace, bracelet and purse. Similar shapes and patterns can be found in her purse and jewelry. However the jewelry was bought in Turkey and her purse was purchased from Aldo!

Parisa is a university student and maintains her blog FashionXPassion.com. When I asked about her outfit she said the aqua color was very feminine, sophisticated and classic as well as calming. With a bit of psychology involved she believes the color and patterns you chose can put your company at ease. The peplum skirt represents the fun and classy side of her personality. She also likes the eye catching nature of its puffy cut and layers. Rather than fit-in, she enjoys dressing differently and feels it’s a reflection of her confidence.
